Bulletin Board: OPGX) announced today the signing of a Marketing,
Distribution and Trademark Agreement with LifeSpan International for skin
care and dietary supplements utilizing its patented compound AC-11(R) in
North America. The Agreement will allow LifeSpan to purchase bulk AC-11(R)
raw material from Optigenex Inc., to formulate, manufacture and market
their private labeled brand of supplements using the registered trademark
AC-11(R). In addition, Optigenex Inc. has agreed to manufacture for
LifeSpan its exclusive line of Next Generation Anti-Aging Skin Care
Products featuring AC- 11(R).
