"ADA, Okla. - Pre-Paid Legal Services Inc., a provider of underwritten legal assistance to members for a monthly fee, late Thursday said it will buy back 1 million of its shares.The repurchase program is in addition to its previously announced stock buyback program of 10 million shares, of which 9.9 million have been bought. The company said it has reduced the number of shares outstanding by about 37 percent from 23.7 million on March 31, 1999 to about 15 million shares today.
