Reliv' International Prices 2 Mln. Stock Offering At $11.25 Per Share - UpdateWednesday evening, Reliv' International Inc. a nutritional supplements manufacturer, revealed that it had priced its public offering of 2 million shares of the company's common stock at $11.25 per share. The company intends to use the proceeds from the offering for debt repayment and for general corporate purposes.
Reliv' International stated that the sale includes 1.20 million shares offered by the company and 0.80 million shares offered by certain shareholders. Further, the company said that to cover any over-allotment, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 0.30 million shares from certain shareholders. The offering is expected to close on April 11, 2006.
