Reliv International Declares Dividend

(Nasdaq: RELV - News), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of a proprietary line of nutritional supplements addressing basic nutrition, specific wellness needs, weight management and sports nutrition, today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a dividend of Five Cents ($0.05) per share to all holders of record as of May 15, 2006, to be paid on or about May 25, 2006.
"In 2004, our Board of Directors adopted a dividend program to make regular distributions to our shareholders," reported Robert L. Montgomery, Chief Executive Officer of Reliv. "The intent of the program is to distribute a portion of Reliv's income to our shareholders on a semi-annual basis. On the basis of our recent results, we are pleased to declare this dividend."
