Cognigen Networks, Anza Borrego Form Cognigen Business Systems To Serve Quick Service Retail Industry - Update(RTTNews) - Tuesday after the bell, Cognigen Networks, Inc. (CGNW.OB), provider of telecommunications services and technology, announced the formation of Cognigen Business Systems, Inc. with Anza Borrego Partners, Inc. in order to provide broadband voice, data, video and environmental management services to the Quick Service Retail or QSR industry.
Cognigen and Anza Borrego Partners or ABP signed an agreement stating that each of them will own 50% of Cognigen Business Systems or CBSi with an option for Cognigen to purchase ABP's half by September 7, 2006 in a stock for stock exchange.
