COPPELL, Texas (AFX) - Mannatech Inc., which sells nutritional supplements, said Thursday its board authorized the repurchase of up to $20 million in stock on the open market.The company said about 224,985 shares remain available for repurchase under its existing buyback plan.
At Aug. 28, the company has about 26.4 million common shares outstanding.
Shares of Mannatech closed on the Nasdaq at $14.48, up 22 cents on the day.
