"Usana Health Sciences Inc. (USNA) on Wednesday said it appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the company's new independent registered public accounting firm. PricewaterhouseCoopers is expected to immediately begin reviewing the Company's financial results filed in Usana's Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2007. Additionally, Usana said it expects to file an amended Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company would also file a Form 8-K containing additional information on the engagement of PwC.
