IRVING, Texas, Jan. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Carrington Laboratories, Inc., (Nasdaq: CARN - News) today announced the Company and Mannatech, Incorporated (Nasdaq: MTEX - News) have signed a multi-million dollar trademark license and supply agreement. Under the non-exclusive agreement, Carrington will supply its trademarked ingredient Manapol® powder to Mannatech for a period of up to three (3) years for use in its glyconutrient and nutritional supplements. Manapol® powder is an original ingredient in Mannatech's flagship product, Ambrotose®, and from 1994 to 2005, Carrington and Mannatech had a supply agreement in place.
