(Nasdaq:RELV), a maker of a proprietary line of soy-based nutritional supplements, today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.05 per share to all holders of record as of Nov. 12, 2007, to be paid on or about Nov. 26, 2007. Reliv's dividend rate this year is ten cents ($0.10) per share. The company currently pays dividends twice a year, and this marks the second one in 2007.
