Reliv adds Jamieson, Hasler to scientific boardReliv International Inc. said Tuesday that it has expanded its Scientific Advisory Board by adding two members; pharmacologist James Jamieson of St. Louis and nutraceutical expert Clare Hasler of Davis, Calif.
As a pharmacologist, Jamieson has consulted for Merck & Co., 3M and GlaxoSmithKline, among others. He has developed more that 100 pharmaceutical products, including the first acetaminophen tablet and the first non-alcohol based children's cough and cold formula, Triaminic, Reliv said in a release.
Hasler is a founding executive director of the Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science at the University of California, Davis, and a lecturer for the Institute of Food Technologists.
