Two sons of Reliv International Inc.'s chairman, CEO and president, Robert Montgomery, were promoted March 29 by the company's board, according to a regulatory filing Monday. R. Scott Montgomery, 37, was named Reliv's chief operating officer. He previously was senior vice president of worldwide operations.
Ryan Montgomery, 33, was named executive vice president of worldwide sales. He previously served as the firm's vice president of sales and had been corporate counsel from September 1999 to October 2004.
According to the Securities and Exchange Commission filing, Reliv's board also appointed Carl Hastings, 65, as vice chairman and chief scientific officer. Previously, he held the position of vice president of the company.
