"Corporate officials of Mannatech Inc. said Friday that they hope to work with Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott to resolve the lawsuit he filed against the company.In a conference call, Sam Caster, Mannatech's chairman and chief executive, sought to reassure sales associates of the multilevel marketing company.
"I want you all to know that we're fully aware of the situation, and we're taking the appropriate action to address any issues or concerns raised" by the attorney general, Caster said. "We take matters of this nature obviously very seriously and intend to work in a positive and cooperative manner to reach a resolution with them."
