Reliv International Inc. has launched its Slimplicity weight loss product in the European Union, the company said Monday. The product was introduced at Reliv's United Kingdom national conference over the weekend, and will be launched in the Netherlands, Austria and Germany this week, according to a release.
Reliv has focused on Slimplicity to fatten up its revenue and profit since the product was launched in the United States last February. The company said Monday it is working on plans to roll out Slimplicity to its other international markets in the future.
The Slimplicity weight loss system consists of a meal replacement shake and a chewable tablet that works with the shake to control weight, Reliv said.
Chesterfield, Mo.-based Reliv International Inc. (Nasdaq: RELV) manufactures and distributes nutritional supplements, food products and skin care products.
