"Home Interiors & Gifts Inc. chief executive and president Richard W. "Dick" Heath said Thursday that he is retiring two years after he agreed to lead the Carrollton-based direct selling company through a restructuring. Heather Chastain, senior vice president of sales support, has been promoted to president, the company said.
Ms. Chastain previously was vice president of operations at BeautiControl Inc., a Dallas-based company co-founded by Mr. Heath.
