A friend threw me a Pampered Chef bridal shower years ago, and to this day, when I host a party, I give everyone in attendance the "Quikut Paring Knife," just $1.50. He opened my eyes to the "wonderful world of risotto" -- my personal favorite food, which often drives which meal I will eat at any restaurant. If it's served with risotto, I order it.
