The American Herbal Products Association is the only national trade association that
is focused primarily on herbs and herbal products. In addition, Ahmed has been appointed as chair of the AHPA Foundation for Education & Research on Botanicals (ERB), a nonprofit foundation dedicated to promoting education and research on medicinal, therapeutic, and health-promoting herbs.
