"Herbalife Ltd. stated Thursday night its President and Chief Operating Officer did not fully complete a MBA degree as it is stated in his biography.It was confirmed by officials at California State University, Los Angeles that Gregory L. Probert was enrolled in the MBA program in the 1980's but he missed all the requirements to obtain the degree.
The company will continue further investigation and proceed with the appropriate action, the statement said.
