"The Law Offices of Christopher Grell have filed a lawsuit against Herbalife Ltd. NYSE: HLF in the Superior Court of the State of California (case BC392373, dept. 48) today on behalf of a 29-year-old woman who acquired acute liver problems after taking Herbalife products.

The lawsuit, which also names several companies that manufacture Herbalife products and ingredients, alleges that Phillis Chen, a resident of the State of California, suffered acute liver problems that required hospitalization as a result of using a combination of Herbalife products. Ms. Chen is suing Herbalife for Breach of Express Warranty, Breach of Implied Warranty, Strict Liability, Negligence and Fraud."
