"MediaNet Group Technologies, Inc. (MEDG.OB: News ) announced that it has completed its reverse merger with CG Holdings Limited, a privately-held, European-based holding company for the DubLi companies, effective October 19, 2009.Upon completion of the merger, the company said that DubLi became its wholly-owned subsidiary and DubLi's Chief Executive and Operating Officers will assume the same positions with MediaNet, and MediaNet's board of directors will also be controlled by directors nominated by DubLi.
