"Mannatech Inc. has confirmed that CEO and President Wayne L. Badovinus has resigned from the company and board, citing personal reasons.Coppell-based Mannatech (Nasdaq: MTEX) develops health, wellness, skin care and weight and fitness products.
Badovinus joined the company in May of 2008. Going forward, the company will be run by several senior executives, including CFO Steve Fenstermacher and Chief Science Officer and Dr. Rob Sinnott, both of whom have been appointed co-CEOs.
The company also named Randy Bancino senior vice president of global business operations and expansion.
