"Pre-Paid Legal Services Inc.said Monday its fourth-quarter profit rose 26 percent, helped by a smaller income tax provision.The company reported net income grew to $14.7 million, or $1.27 per share, compared with $11.7 million, or 92 cents per share, a year ago.
Revenue edged down 1 percent to $114.9 million from $116.1 million for the period ended Dec. 31 mostly on declining associate services revenue.
