"Dietary supplement company Mannatech Inc. announced Monday that its founder and chairman, Sam Caster, has stepped down from the company’s board of directors.He will be replaced by lead director Stan Fredrick, who has been elected chairman of the board.
Coppell-based Mannatech (NASDAQ: MTEX) added that Caster will continue serving the company in a role in which he will focus chiefly on implementing the company's recently revised business opportunity while also supporting the direction of Mannatech's leadership team and field initiatives, the company said.
