"Product patents validated in Mannatech vs. Techmedica and Ionx.A final judgement and permanent injunction has been obtained according to an announcement from Mannatech Inc in a case against Techmedica and Ionx. The judgement prohibits Techmedica and Ionx from the production, use, or sale of products that infringe on any of Mannatech's patents, in addition to having to pay $250,000 in damages. The lawsuit was filed in May 2006 in the United States District Court for the Northern district of Texas, Dallas Division.
