The ‘Love, Life, Hope’ Cause Warmer honors NBCF and all those affected by breast cancer. It gives hope to those who are struggling now and to those who have lost a loved one to this disease.”
Twice a year, with the help of the company’s 75,000 Independent Consultants, Scentsy chooses a new cause to support. For the fall and winter 2010/2011 season, the ‘Love, Life, Hope’ Charitable Cause Warmer was designed to reflect the NBCF’s distinctive character to honor those affected by breast cancer.
For each ‘Love, Life, Hope’ Warmer, Scentsy donates a significant portion of profits to the NBCF. Since its release in September, the ‘Love, Life, Hope’ Warmer has already raised $150,000. In all, Scentsy anticipates donating nearly half a million dollars to help fight breast cancer.
“Our mission is to save lives through early detection and education programs, to provide mammograms for those in need, and provide nurturing support services to those affected by this disease,” said Janelle Hail, CEO of National Breast Cancer Foundation. “Support from companies like Scentsy gives us hope and strength to continue our fight against cancer.”
The “Love, Life, Hope” Warmer features the symbolic pink ribbon, pink-and-white stripes with black accents and is available for $35 through February 2011.
