"Mannatech, a company focused on improving quality of life through scientifically tested wellness technologies has announced June 9, 2010 as the date of its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting. Mannatech also released the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the 2010 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting as the close of business on April 16, 2010. Shareholders were urged to attend the meeting at the Grapevine Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas, and any shareholders that are eligible to vote can expect to receive Mannatech’s proxy statement in early May."
