"Mannatech Inc. says that it has obtained final judgments in a case against EvenBetterNow LLC, and Oasis Advanced Wellness LLC. The court decision prohibits both companies from selling products that infringe patents established by Mannatech.The decision also prohibits the two defendants from supplying any portion of the infringing products in the lawsuit. The agreed settlements resolve the claims against two of the companies that Mannatech engaged in court for infringing on its patents.
The lawsuit was originally filed in The United States District Court against EvenBetterNow, Oasis and five other companies in March 2010. The case involved alleged infringement of four of Mannatech's patents.
