"After a brief legal struggle, Coppell-based Mannatech has won its case of patent infringement against five companies allegedly accused of using its patented glyconutrients in products. The company stated Thursday that it won the case against the five companies which include: Micro Health Solutions, Wy’s Enterprises, Florida Nutri Labs, Angel Care USA and New Sun. This most recent following came shortly after an April victory over two other companies, EvenBetter Now and Oasis, both of whom allegedly committed the same offense. Mannatech previously had 17 similar products pulled off the shelves for also using the patented technology."
