In support of its ongoing international expansion efforts, Vemma Nutrition Company will open Vemma Colombia S.A.S. with a soft launch on April 27, with the official grand opening celebration to take place on May 28 in Bogota.According to the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations, Colombia is the 15th largest direct-selling market in the world, with sales of $1.26 billion(2009), an estimated 900,000 salespeople and an increasing trend associated with natural and alternative methods for nutrition, including liquid dietary supplements.
Colombia is the gateway to South America, boasting the largest Spanish-speaking direct-selling market in South America. The country enjoys a booming economy, offering strong potential for business growth.
