Enrollment Options
New Univera Associates can get started by purchasing a $40.00 Getting Started Kit, which includes DVDs, brochures, a product catalog and other tools to begin building their business. There are other starter kits available which include product and are priced from $189.00 to $1,340.00. Univera Associates receive a 20% average discount on product orders.
Compensation Plan
Univera has a unilevel compensation plan. Univera Associates earn retail commissions, up to 15% on the purchases of people they personally enroll, 10% on the purchases of Assicates and Customers they enroll, and commissions on purchases up to four team members deep. Univera also offers Associates limited-time incentives, the opportunity to earn a monthly car allowance, trips and activities, and participation in the company’s bonus pool for Associates who have achieved ‘Blue Diamond’ rank.
