Among the Amega Global product line are products such as magnetic bracelets said to benefit the body via "Ancient Magnetic Therapy". Another product is a water filtration system that uses "zero point energy"-infused water to benefit the human body.

Amega also offers foods, massage oils, facial creams, and energy powders for shakes they claim utilize energies, magnetic fields and zero point energy to promote multiple effects such as healing, nutrition, energy and the prevention of cosmetic aging.
