Access Business' biggest customers are Amway and Quixtar, but Access also serves outsiders. Amway, which accounts for most of Alticor's revenues, sells more than 450 different products through some 3 million independent distributors. Quixtar sells Amway and other products online. Alticor is owned by Amway founders, the DeVos and Van Andel families.
There are many negative consumer comments for all Amway associated companies, although the companies themselves still manage to make considerable profits, indicating that their products are well received. |
