Dynamic Wealth was a network-marketing company based at 18 Bridget Drive in Orillia, Ontario. The business launched on March 1, 1999, and promoted herbal or nutritional products through an internet-based distributor organization. Contemporary distributor advertisements claimed that the company enrolled between 150 and 400 participants from nine countries during its first several weeks, although these figures came from opportunity promotions rather than independently verified company reports. The surviving public record does not identify the company's founders or preserve a complete product catalog.

The opportunity used a three-wide, three-level forced-matrix compensation plan. Participants were required to generate approximately $25 in monthly personal volume and were told they could earn a 25% commission on each qualifying sale produced within their matrix. Promotional materials advertised an overall 75% compensation payout, stated that four downline purchases could cover a participant's monthly requirement and emphasized that distributors could benefit from "spillover" placed beneath them by their uplines. Participants were also allowed to purchase or create additional matrix positions.

Dynamic Wealth operated only briefly. Its website and distributor pages disappeared, and the company was listed as out of operation by September 24, 2004.
