eFusjon, Inc. was a Nevada-based network-marketing company launched in the late 2000s by Rob Towles. The company operated as the eFusjon Energy Club and built its business around ready-to-drink energy beverages promoted as lower-calorie alternatives to conventional energy drinks. Its marketing emphasized natural ingredients, fruit-based formulations and less caffeine per ounce than many competing products.

The product line included caffeinated and non-caffeinated energy drinks, including eFusjon Edge and other fruit-flavored beverages formulated with ingredients such as açaí. The drinks contained fewer than 100 calories per can and were marketed for energy, nutrition and general wellness.

eFusjon used a multilevel compensation plan in which distributors purchased products, enrolled customers and recruited additional distributors. Participants could earn retail income and commissions based on qualifying product volume generated within their organizations. The company also used social-media recruiting tools and promoted the business as a way to combine energy-drink consumption with residual-income potential.

In November 2009, distributor Laurel Cook filed a proposed class-action lawsuit in California alleging that the eFusjon Energy Club operated as an illegal pyramid scheme. eFusjon denied the allegations. The parties resolved the dispute through confidential mediation in 2010, with no admission of liability and no public disclosure of the settlement terms.

Several months later, eFusjon announced that it would cease its direct-sales and MLM operation effective September 1, 2010. Final distributor commission checks were scheduled for September 10. The related British company, eFusjon UK Ltd., was formally dissolved on December 27, 2011. No active successor company continued the original eFusjon beverage line or distributor organization.
