EnviroFuel Plus marketed EnviroMax Plus, a liquid fuel catalyst intended for gasoline- and diesel-powered engines. The company presented itself as the commercial provider of the product and worked with Extreme Research Corporation, which handled the network-marketing side of the business. Historical promotions identified Extreme Research as the exclusive marketer of EnviroMax Plus to consumers through independent representatives.

EnviroMax Plus was added directly to vehicle fuel and promoted as improving combustion, increasing fuel economy and horsepower, reducing engine wear and lowering exhaust emissions. Historical instructions called for approximately one ounce of product per five gallons of fuel. These performance figures were company and distributor marketing claims rather than findings independently verified here.

Independent representatives, described in some materials as Co-Partners, sold EnviroMax Plus directly to vehicle owners and recruited additional representatives. One distributor reported that a two-bottle package sold for $37.95, carried $20 in business volume, and generated a 35% commission on that volume, or $7 per order. The program later operated under the Extreme Rewards name and promoted replicated websites, retail commissions and organization-based compensation.

Extreme Research also marketed other nutritional and personal-care products, including Amino8, Doctor's Pain Away, Block and Burn, Rejuva Now and organic coffee, although EnviroMax Plus remained its principal automotive product.
