Original Npros business profile for LiveSmart 360, preserved below for archival purposes:
LiveSmart 360 was a Sarasota, Florida-based health and wellness network marketing company founded in 2010 by longtime direct-selling executive Mark McCool. The company sold nutritional supplements and wellness products through an international network of independent distributors and positioned itself around the idea of improving health, lifestyle, and financial well-being. McCool had previously been associated with CyberWize, another network marketing company, before launching LiveSmart 360. The company operated from a 20,000-square-foot headquarters and warehouse in Sarasota and expanded into international markets during its early years.
LiveSmart 360 initially became known for its 360 Mist line of oral nutritional sprays, including products marketed for general nutrition, energy, sleep, weight management, and pain relief. The company later introduced Manna 360, a nutritional and weight-management system, and expanded into functional foods through its 360 Chocolates line. Products in that line included Zip Chew energy chocolates, antioxidant chews, Camu bars, Omega Delight truffles, and Supreme Chocolate Manna shake.
The company used a multilevel marketing compensation plan that rewarded personal sales, recruitment, organizational volume, and leadership development. Its early compensation structure included the SmartLine system, which allocated company sales-volume pools based on factors including personal sales volume and personally enrolled active members. LiveSmart 360 also heavily promoted its Million Dollar Match program, which offered escalating matching bonuses tied to distributors and their personally sponsored members reaching higher leadership ranks. In later years, the company introduced its 360 Career Path compensation program, which divided earnings into immediate income, team-building income, residual income, and incentives and benefits.
Charles "Chuck" Hallberg joined LiveSmart 360 as an investor and executive in 2011 and later took over as CEO in early 2014, replacing McCool. The company subsequently experienced financial and management difficulties. On October 30, 2015, LiveSmart 360 announced the permanent closure of both LiveSmart 360 and Sora Wellness, stating that it could no longer financially support its worldwide sales organization. The company said it would complete the month's bonus payments and fulfill outstanding product backorders.
LiveSmart 360 was also involved in litigation with former founder Mark McCool following his departure from the company. Court records show that LiveSmart 360 sued Mark and Jeanine McCool in federal court in Florida in 2015. The dispute included counterclaims involving allegedly unpaid commissions, and the parties ultimately reported that they had resolved their claims, leading the court to dissolve a preliminary injunction in February 2016.
LiveSmart 360, founded by Mark McCool and Mike Potillo, is currently recruiting home-based distributors of their products. They have several structured methods including what they term as a smart equity program and BMW bonus which awards the entrepreneur in monetary assistance to purchase or lease a promotional car, then continued monthly bonuses to go towards the car payments on a qualifying basis. Based in Sarasota, FL, LiveSmart 360 states that they have distribution centers already operational in Malaysia, Singapore and Jamaica with others opening in Australia and the Philippines. They assert to be experts with 100 years in accumulative industry experience and have a solid structure base through a "unique lead-generation and online product sales system that lets those signing up earn on product sales from everyone else who joins after them - forever.
