Masterpiece Investments Corporation was an Oregon-based fine-art and art-investment company founded in 2006 by Mark Ghiglieri, son of noted sculptor Lorenzo Ghiglieri. The company focused heavily on limited-edition bronze, silver, and gold sculptures created from the work of Lorenzo Ghiglieri and other members of the Ghiglieri family, including Laran Ghiglieri and Rebecca Clark. Its artwork was marketed through galleries, charity auctions, trade shows, and online sales. The company also developed divisions involved in silver bullion and art medallions, charitable fundraising, sculpture reproduction, 3D scanning and modeling, and custom model fabrication.

One of Masterpiece Investments' more unusual offerings was its Revenue Participation, or RevPac, program. Under the program, participants purchased an interest connected to limited-edition artwork and were promised royalty participation as additional pieces from that edition were sold. Company promotional materials described RevPac holders as receiving a portion of future sales revenue, with payments continuing until the applicable limited edition sold out.
