Network Marketing VT, also known as NMVT and Network Marketing Virtual Training, was an internet-based network marketing opportunity founded by Jason Spurlock in the early 2010s. The company targeted people already involved in MLM and online home-business opportunities, offering downloadable training materials, marketing resources, and private-label-rights digital products. Its primary focus, however, was the affiliate membership and compensation program rather than retail sales of products to outside customers.

Affiliates paid for membership in the program, with historical listings describing a $98 membership fee plus a $19 affiliate fee. Network Marketing VT promoted a 100% commission structure in which affiliates could receive the full $98 from qualifying membership sales. Under its pass-up compensation system, an affiliate's first three sales were passed to the sponsoring upline before the affiliate became eligible to retain commissions from subsequent sales. The structure therefore depended heavily on affiliates enrolling additional paying members into the program.

Network Marketing VT ran into serious problems in 2012, including complaints from affiliates about delayed or unpaid commissions. Jason Spurlock attributed the problems to software and programming difficulties following changes to the compensation plan in September 2012. On January 22, 2013, Spurlock announced that Network Marketing VT was closing. Contemporary reports indicate that commission-payment problems had been occurring for several months before the shutdown.

Following Network Marketing VT's closure, Spurlock became associated with another online opportunity called Mind Money Body 60, or MMB60, which launched in 2013 and used a similar membership-based pass-up compensation structure. He was later connected to another proposed online marketing venture called Morning Ignition.
