Original Npros business profile for Neucopia, preserved below for archival purposes:
Neucopia was an online marketing and business-training company launched in 2012 under the leadership of CEO Rich Cook. Based in Carson City, Nevada, the company targeted entrepreneurs, affiliate marketers, and people interested in building internet-based businesses. Rather than selling physical consumer products, Neucopia offered memberships that provided access to digital training courses, marketing tools, webinars, and educational materials covering subjects such as affiliate marketing, blogging, WordPress, social media, list building, real estate marketing, stock and Forex trading, debt reduction, and other income-related topics.
Neucopia offered two primary membership levels. Basic membership was priced at approximately $49.95 to join and $49.95 per month, while Premier membership carried an initial cost of approximately $269.95 followed by $169.95 per month. Premier members received the basic training materials along with additional webinars, conference calls, videos, and instruction from internet marketing professionals. The company continued adding new digital training products to the membership library during its operation.
The income opportunity operated through a pass-up affiliate compensation structure. Members earned commissions by referring new paying members to Neucopia, with qualification rules requiring certain initial sales to be passed to an upline sponsor. Historical compensation materials described payments of $25 upfront and $25 in monthly residual income for qualifying Basic membership sales, while qualified Premier sales could generate $200 upfront and $100 in monthly residual commissions. The plan also included a 10% matching bonus on certain income generated by personally sponsored Premier members. Because the recurring membership itself was the principal product being sold through the affiliate network, recruitment and continued membership payments played a central role in the compensation structure.
Neucopia remained publicly active through at least 2013, when the company announced additional internet marketing partnerships and described itself as having completed its first year in business. Its public affiliate operation subsequently shut down, and the original network marketing program is no longer available.

Basic Level Members can qualify to earn front end commissions by enrolling new members. The Premier Level Membership provides everything in the Basic Level plus exclusive access to additional conference calls, webinars, and training videos for $169.95 per month. Compensation Plan
To qualify to participate in the Neucopia "Accelerator Plus" compensation plan, members must enroll 3 people at the Basic Level Membership or 2 people at the Premier Level Membership. Once a Member is qualified, they will earn $100.00 for every additional person they enroll, plus $100.00 for each qualifying sale that the people in their team make, continuing indefinitely. When a member enrolls at the Premier Level, they earn an additional $100.00 per month on everyone in their team who is also at the Premier Level, every month. Every time a member earns a $100.00 commission from the monthly Premier Level Membership, an additional $10.00 matching bonus is paid to his or her enroller, regardless of who is the qualified sponsor.
