Nexagen USA was an Ohio-based nutritional-products MLM best known for the Jen Fe weight-management patch. The direct-selling operation is no longer active.

Ohio, area. The company initially built its business around the Jen Fe Diet Patch, later marketed as the Jen Fe Next weight-management patch. Nexagen subsequently expanded its catalog to include additional transdermal patches, nutritional supplements, lotions, beverages, the Xtracts Wellness System, and Liquix liquid supplements. Its product-development work included a transdermal vitamin B12 patch for which Nexagen filed a patent application in December 2006.

Products were sold through independent distributors using a multilevel compensation structure. New distributors received personalized websites containing retail and wholesale stores, marketing tools, and sales-support materials. Participants could earn from personal product sales and sales generated within their recruited organizations. Nexagen paid commissions weekly through a branded Pay Card connected to an individual debit-card account. The company also expanded internationally through NexEurope, its European sales organization.

Nexagen's principal product remained the Jen Fe patch, promoted as a convenient alternative to weight-loss pills, shakes, and restrictive diet programs. The company described its later product line as using several delivery systems, including patches, capsules or tablets, topical products, and drinks. In 2008, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office affirmed a refusal to register "XTRACTS" on the Supplemental Register because the term was considered generic for th
