NuLegacy International was a Texas-based network marketing company founded by Dr. Devin Holland and Sheri Holland and launched in September 2007. The company built its business around a free prescription drug discount card intended primarily for people who lacked prescription insurance coverage or wanted to compare discounted cash prices. The NuLegacy Rx Card could be used at tens of thousands of participating pharmacies across the United States, with the company advertising potential prescription savings of up to 75%. NuLegacy later added discounted laboratory and medical imaging services to its benefits program.

The unusual aspect of NuLegacy's business model was that consumers received the prescription card for free, while independent representatives earned commissions when distributed cards were actually used to fill qualifying prescriptions. Representatives could earn personal utilization commissions of up to $1.00 per collected prescription claim, depending on rank or monthly volume, along with overrides of up to $0.40 per claim generated through personally enrolled representatives. This allowed distributors to build recurring income by distributing large numbers of free cards and developing an organization of other representatives doing the same.

NuLegacy offered several participation levels, including Affiliate, Customer Representative, Independent Managing Representative, and Pacesetter.
