One24's compensation plan starts when an individual joins as an Ordering Preferred Customer, or (OPC). Upon joining, you then place a $60 order before being placed on a waiting list. Once membership prerequisites are met, new members then receive 24 'green tickets' which can be used individually once a month to allow other members on your waiting list to become members themselves.
