Original Npros business profile for Perfect Wealth Formula, preserved below for archival purposes:
Perfect Wealth Formula was an internet marketing and affiliate program created by Jason Pearson in late 2006 and formally promoted during a wider launch in 2007. Based in Hampton, Virginia, the company marketed a digital training package called the Power House Marketing System, which was designed to teach online advertising, lead generation, search-engine marketing, automated follow-up, and other methods for promoting businesses on the internet. The training was delivered through downloadable videos, audio programs, electronic books, and an online member area.
The company did not sell conventional consumer products. Its principal product was the marketing system itself, and participants were encouraged to resell that same system to other aspiring internet marketers. Promotional materials described several enrollment packages, although the available levels and prices changed during the program's operation. Bronze and Silver packages were commonly advertised at approximately $697 and $1,697, while earlier launch promotions described additional Gold and Platinum levels.
Perfect Wealth Formula used a two-tier affiliate compensation structure rather than a conventional binary, matrix, or unilevel MLM plan. Affiliates retained a substantial commission from their own qualifying sales and received smaller override payments from sales made by people they personally sponsored. Depending on the package sold, promotional materials advertised direct commissions ranging from approximately $400 to $1,000, with second-tier overrides generally ranging from $100 to $200. Unlike the pass-up programs common in the high-ticket business-opportunity market at the time, Perfect Wealth Formula promoted a "zero pass-up" structure under which affiliates could earn from their first sale.
The program was marketed primarily as an affiliate opportunity rather than as an MLM, although its compensation plan included commissions tied to the sales activity of personally enrolled affiliates. Because participants generally purchased the training package before becoming eligible to resell it, the business depended heavily on selling the income opportunity and its accompanying marketing education to new affiliates.
