Rex Worldwide Overview

Original Npros business profile for Rex Worldwide, preserved below for archival purposes:
Rex Worldwide was a fundraising and network-marketing company that pre-launched in November 2011. The company described itself as a social enterprise using a "fundraising-for-profit" business model. Rather than building its opportunity around conventional consumer merchandise, Rex Worldwide combined charitable fundraising with a commercial referral program.
The company's primary offerings were gift certificates connected to charitable causes and advocacy programs. Promoted causes included wildlife protection, children's nutrition and education, environmental protection, poverty alleviation, and microcredit initiatives. The certificates served as the company's saleable product and as the mechanism through which participants promoted the fundraising program.
Rex Worldwide used a network-marketing-style promotion method in which representatives marketed the gift certificates and introduced additional participants to the business. The surviving public record does not preserve a complete compensation plan, income disclosure statement, or representative agreement. Enrollment costs, commission percentages, rank requirements, bonus qualifications, distributor counts, and typical participant earnings therefore cannot be reliably documented.
The former Rex Worldwide website is unavailable, and no active enrollment system, representative portal, gift-certificate marketplace, or current official company materials remain online. Its archived company-news page contains no published announcements. Rex Worldwide is no longer operating as a fundraising or direct-selling opportunity.
