Talk Fusion is a Florida-based video-marketing and communications MLM founded in 2007 by former law-enforcement officer and network marketer Bob Reina. Headquartered in Brandon, Florida, the company developed around Reina's idea of allowing users to embed or deliver video through email. Talk Fusion expanded internationally through independent representatives and historically stated that its products were marketed in more than 140 countries. Reina remains the company's chief executive officer, and Talk Fusion continues as a member of the U.S. Direct Selling Association.
Talk Fusion originally offered a broader Video Suite that included Video Email, Video Newsletters, live online meetings, video chat, lead-capture forms, and branded marketing templates. Its current public website concentrates primarily on Video Email, allowing customers to record, send, and share video messages by email, text, social media, or websites. The service includes contact management, storage, email validation, multilingual templates, custom-branded designs, and unlimited sending and viewing at the listed service levels.
Current product packages begin with the Starter Package at $175 plus $20 per month, followed by the Elite Package at $350 plus $40 per month and the Pro Package at $700 plus $50 per month. The packages differ in recording time, contact capacity, storage, custom templates, and private-label capabilities. Customers may purchase the service without joining the compensation program, while participants who select the business opportunity are called Promoters.
Talk Fusion uses a binary multilevel compensation plan. Promoters build left and right sales teams and receive commissions based on product purchases and subscription volume generated by customers and other Promoters in those teams. The compensation plan effective April 2025 lists five principal earning methods: Fast Start Bonuses, Team Commissions, Mega Matching Bonuses, Rank Advancement Bonuses, and a Leadership Pool.
Fast Start Bonuses pay $50 for a Starter Package sale, $100 for an Elite Package, and $200 for a Pro Package. A Promoter earns a $25 Team Commission cycle whenever both sides of the binary organization accumulate 200 points of qualifying sales volume. Talk Fusion advertises a maximum of $50,000 per week in Team Commissions, although actual earnings are substantially lower for nearly all participants. Matching bonuses pay 10% of the Team Commissions earned by personally sponsored Promoters and another 10% on the next sponsored generation. Rank bonuses range from $500 at 3 Star to $5,000 at Diamond Elite, while qualifying Blue Diamonds share a pool funded with 1% of worldwide sales volume.
To be considered active, a Promoter must initially generate 100 points of personal sales volume and maintain at least 10 points per month. Personal volume can come from the Promoter's own subscription or sales to customers. Qualification for Team Commissions also requires at least one personally sponsored active Promoter on each side of the binary organization. Talk Fusion's policies state that purchasing a product is not formally required to become a Promoter and that representatives do not need to carry physical inventory.
