Tripazon was a membership-based travel MLM founded in 2011 by Rodger Rutter, who was also associated with Resorts360. The company was developed as a lower-cost alternative to Resorts360, whose premium travel-club memberships reportedly ranged from approximately $2,000 to $10,000. Tripazon reduced the entry cost to $199 plus a continuing membership fee of $59 per month.

Members received access to discounted cruises, resort stays, vacation packages, hotels, car rentals, golf, dining, shopping and travel-related insurance. Tripazon did not directly operate the hotels, resorts or booking services offered through the program; the travel benefits were supplied through outside travel providers and made available through the company's membership portal.

The company used a hybrid binary compensation plan. Independent representatives could earn personally sponsored-member bonuses, team-cycle commissions, coded bonuses extending through qualifying organizations, rank bonuses, paid-vacation incentives and a luxury-car bonus. Recruiting materials promoted the recurring membership fee as a source of residual income and claimed that four personally referred members could generate enough commission to offset a representative's own monthly membership cost.

Tripazon was marketed primarily during 2011 and 2012 and did not develop into a lasting travel company.
