True2Life was a Brea, California-based nutritional-supplement network-marketing company founded around 2010 by chiropractors Dr. Luis Arriaza and Dr. Michael Shalhoub. Arriaza helped formulate the company's nutritional products and designed its compensation plan. The company described its mission in explicitly Christian terms and focused on nutrition, detoxification, digestive support and weight management.
The product line included TrueCleanse, FastFood meal-replacement shakes, LiverPure, True2Kids, TrueZymes, TrueComplete and TrueBoost. Its larger detoxification systems combined shakes, digestive enzymes, cleansing supplements and liver-support products into 30-day programs. The company marketed its products through independent representatives rather than conventional retail stores.
True2Life operated through GLIE LLC and used a multilevel distributor organization. Independent representatives earned commissions from product sales and the activity of their sponsored organizations. A complete historical compensation document showing enrollment costs, rank requirements and commission percentages was not identified. Company materials described Arriaza as the architect of the plan, while the later acquisition agreement confirmed that True2Life had an established organization of independent authorized agents.
On March 20, 2012, GLIE LLC entered an exclusive licensing and marketing agreement with AL International Inc., operating as Youngevity. The transaction transferred worldwide rights to the True2Life products, trademarks, websites, intellectual property, inventory and distributor organization. Youngevity agreed to pay royalties equal to 10% of sales from the transferred distributor organization for 48 months and 4% for another 36 months. It also agreed to pay product royalties of 5% for 48 months and 2% for the following 36 months. After the 84-month royalty period, Youngevity had the right to purchase the licensed assets for $1. Dr. Luis and Evelia Arriaza were placed above the transferred organization within Youngevity's genealogy so they could continue receiving downline commissions.

True2Life produces a line of bodily cleansing products such as tablets and shakes and also includes enzyme enriched foods. True Cleanse is a shake mix designed to cleanse the system of environmental impurities and maintain a healthy state. The company states that it include a proprietary blend of herbs mixed with aloe, alfalfa and other vital nutrients to help rid the body of unwanted impurities.
LiverPure is another product made by True2Life designed to insure that the body's "chemical factory" is functioning at 100% of its capacity. True2Life claims that LiverPure helps maximize the body's ability to neutralize the poisons mobilized by the liver's de-toxification process so that they are less likely re-absorbed.
TrueZyme tablets provide a blend of enzymes designed to help maximize nutrient absorption in addition to providing vitamins, minerals, trace minerals and probiotics. TrueKids is a similar product geared toward the nutritional needs of children and provide a complete and comprehensive formula including vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, amino acids, fatty acids,CoQ10, green super foods.
