The second tier in the Vemma compensation plan are the team building bonuses. Using Vemma’s autoship features, distributors can earn between $5.00 and $50.00 per automatically shipped order to team members. Other bonuses determined by sales and specific cycles in sales occur weekly, bonuses on team members who complete certain cycles and their members as well, among others. In all, Vemma offers six bonuses in the team recruiting and sales tier of the compensation plan.
Vemma uses a binary compensation plan with a 6/3 cycle; this pays approximately $20.00 each cycle. The tiered aspect of the Vemma compensation plan allows team members to focus on building their own leg of the plan, while the team leader, or upline, builds the second leg of the level. |
