Vizion One was shut down by the Securities Enforcement Branch of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.

A cease and desist was issued to Vizion One, Inc and the following individuals: Clifton Braun, David Braun, Dean Saito, Thomas Lee.

The state of Nevada issued search warrants and a statement that it believed executives and distributors had committed various criminal offenses, including felnoy racketeering.
