YOR Health Overview
YOR Health was founded in Southern California in 2008 by network-marketing entrepreneur Dennis Wong. The company's original flagship product was YOR Repair Ultra, an enzyme-based nutritional supplement developed with the assistance of nutrition researcher Dr. DicQie Fuller. YOR Health subsequently built its product identity around the idea that nutritional effectiveness depends on absorption, promoting its proprietary Nutrition Delivery System as a method of improving nutrient delivery.
The company now markets nutritional supplements, meal-replacement shakes, digestive enzymes, probiotics, superfood powders, vitamins, fiber products and weight-management programs. YOR Health has also expanded into essential oils, skincare, cosmetics and fragrances through brands including Bare Oils, Amber Beverly Hills, GREAT•ful and ETERNAL. Its current online catalog lists products such as YOR Digest Ultra, YOR SuperGreens, YOR Probiotics Ultra, YOR Repair Ultra, YOR Shake and YOR Fiber Plus.
YOR Health operates through conventional customer sales and a multilevel network of Independent Distributors. A VIP Customer currently pays a $25 annual fee for discounted pricing, while an Independent Distributor pays a $50 annual fee, receives discounts of as much as 25% and can sell products, enroll customers and build a distributor organization. The company uses both a sponsor genealogy and a binary sales organization.
The compensation plan, revised in December 2025, includes retail profit, a Personal Customer Bonus, a First Order Bonus, binary commissions and leadership matching bonuses. The Personal Customer Bonus pays between 10% and 20% of qualifying personally sponsored customer volume. Enrollment orders containing at least 400 product-volume points can generate a First Order Bonus of 10% to 20% for the sponsor and 5% for the sponsor's active upline. Binary Match Pay is calculated at 15% on qualifying volume in the distributor's lesser binary leg, with leadership bonuses extending through as many as seven sponsor-tree levels. Distributors must pass a certification test and maintain product-sales qualifications to receive compensation.
YOR Health's October 2025 disclosure reported that 45,550 distributors, or 76.16% of all Independent Distributors, had received no commissions, bonuses or overrides. The disclosed median amount received was $0, while the average amount received across all distributors was $643.02, before business expenses. Among active distributors who earned commissions from December 18, 2023, through December 16, 2024, the lowest Distributor rank represented 68.09% of paid participants and averaged $49.22 per four-week cycle. Rising Stars averaged $167.33, Sapphires $408.38 and Emeralds $978.37 per four-week cycle. Less than 1% of paid participants reached Diamond, where the reported four-week average was $3,324.71.
