Stoxrus offers a market newsletter and a monthly $50 savings bond on a monthly auto-billing cycle.

Offers wholesale membership at $49.95 or retail membership (reselling memberships only, no participation in wholesale comp plan) for $69.95. Members also pay a $4.95 processing fee each cycle.

Each cycle, reps receive a US Treasury savings bond for $50 payable upon maturity. As reps progress through comp plan, monthly membership fee increases, but monthly US Treasury bond value matches membership fee upon maturity.

Compensation Plan

Three phase five by four matrix comp plan.
Pays referral commission through four levels.

"Phase I" pays $5 per referral through four levels. Allows five referrals in your first level, twenty-five in second, one hundred and twenty-five in third, and six hundred and twenty-five in fourth.

"Phase II" activates when monthly referral commission exceeds $250. Monthly membership fee of $99.95 is deducted from referral income. Rep receives a $100 US Savings Bond each month. Earns $10 per level through four levels.

"Phase III" activates when monthly referral commission exceeds $750. Monthly membership fee of $199.95 is deducted from referral income. Rep receives a $200 US Savings Bond each month. Earns $20 per level through four levels, plus $10 on a fifth level.
